Welcome to perhaps the coziest bakery and café on the plains at the farm of Hermelins vegetables, outside Skänninge. Open New Doors is an organic artisan bakery that works with local ingredients as much as possible and everything is always 100 percent plant-based.

Here you will find fantastic sourdough bread, delicious food in a wonderful environment, crispy croissants, buns, and other treats.
